At Feeha Panels, customer satisfaction is our top priority. All our LED panels are carefully inspected and tested before shipping to ensure premium quality.

🔁 Exchange Policy

We do not offer refunds. However, if your product arrives defective or non-functional, we will gladly exchange it for the same item.

To be eligible for an exchange:

You must notify us within 7 days of receiving the item.
The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.
A photo or video proof of the issue must be provided to our support team.

❌ No Refunds

All sales are final. We do not issue refunds for any reason, including:

Change of mind
Incorrect size ordered
Installation issues caused by third parties

📦 Shipping for Exchanges

Customers are responsible for return shipping of defective products. If the defect is confirmed, Feeha Panels will cover the shipping cost for the replacement item.
